David Osorio

David Osorio is an attorney at Blair & Ramirez LLP and managing attorney of the Bakersfield office. Mr. Osorio focuses his practice on employment law and personal injury cases throughout California, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination (Fair Employment and Housing Act), whistleblower retaliation, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims.

Mr. Osorio is passionate about worker’s rights, and tireless advocate for workers who have been subjected to illegal employment practices, including discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and wage theft. Mr. Osorio speaks fluent Spanish and takes great pride in helping clients who would normally be left without a voice recover maximum compensation for their cases. Mr. Osorio has experience in all stages and levels of litigation, from the first phone call with the victim of another’s negligence to trial.

Mr. Osorio received his Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and obtained his Bachelor’s in Political Science and Chicana/o Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Osorio is licensed to practice in all California's state courts and the Central District.
