Regina Jurczak

Regina Jurczak is a Trial Attorney at Blair & Ramirez LLP. Her practice focuses on representing clients in personal injury and employment law matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (including slip and fall), wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims (including whistleblower-related matters). She works to guide clients through stressful situations with clear communication, careful preparation, and a practical approach to each step of the case.

Ms. Jurczak has experience handling cases in pre-litigation, motion practice, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. She graduated from Long Island University, C.W. Post, and earned her Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy Law School. She is admitted to practice in California and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California. She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Italian American Lawyers Association, and the Women’s Lawyers Association.
